In our bar-stuzzicheria, you will meet Linda, who is ready to take care of your requests. Situated on the ground floor, in front of the swimming pool, the bar features a colourful play area, built to entertain all children. Here you will find a tasty menu, which includes a wide variety of sandwiches, piadina and cold dishes.

Inside our property, you will find a large complimentary car park for cars and bicycles. Part of the car park is covered, inside the garage, and part of the car park is outdoors, it is always free to our guests. Forget the nightmare of looking for a parking space and the added costs: with us, you can park your car quickly and always free!

Pets are welcome here! Take your pet with you to the residence and spend the best holidays ever with it. Our apartments are always equipped with terraces or balconies and can accommodate both dogs and cats. In addition, we are surrounded by a large and green pine forest, which is perfect for a walk and to relax in the open air, whenever you want.

We accept payments via Bancomat, Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Are you aware that our residence is surrounded by a refreshing maritime pine forest? An enchanted place ideally suited for a walk with your dog, to read a book, and to be perfectly at peace amongst nature. Close your eyes, relax, and let yourself become enthralled by the smell of the pine trees. Here you will also find a picnic area and 2 barbecues.
